BCG Attorney Search is seeking a midlevel litigation associate for its San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school and active California bar membership or eligibility to sit for the bar. The candidate will manage litigation strategies, draft pleadings, collaborate with senior attorneys and clients, and

• Bar admission in California or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Responsibilities
