The role involves handling complex litigation from start to finish, drafting pleadings and briefs, taking depositions, conducting discovery, and representing clients in motions and negotiations.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing; CA/WA admissions are a plus.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience, with focus on commercial litigation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with electronic discovery and litigation support tools preferred.
