LHH is seeking an Associate Attorney for a well-established civil litigation/insurance defense firm in Philadelphia. The role offers substantive case experience, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to manage matters beyond a single stage of litigation.

You will handle a varied civil litigation caseload, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and work directly with clients through hearings and trial preparation. Pennsylvania Bar admission is required.

• Strong writing, research, and case-management skills.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Handling a varied civil litigation caseload which includes sophisticated, complex, catastrophic, and high-value matters
• Managing cases through different stages of litigation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive filings
• Taking and defending depositions
• Working directly with clients
• Handling hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation/trial
