Romanow Building Services in Midland, MI is seeking a Part-Time Custodian for 2nd shift. The role keeps facilities clean, safe, and welcoming while you stay active and engaged throughout your shift.

You will dust, vacuum, mop, empty trash, and operate floor equipment. Candidates should be 18+, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, pass background checks, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Pass a background and reference check.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and healthy environment using approved methods, chemicals, and tools.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and empty trash.
• Operate floor equipment such as auto floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Clean floors, furniture, windows, windowsills, and walls.
• Stock and clean restrooms, break rooms, and janitor closets.
• Change light bulbs; assist with general snow removal as needed.
