Olé Mexican Foods, Inc. is seeking a PIO Route Sales Driver to power our Direct Store Delivery operations across the Amarillo area. You will manage your own route, deliver Olé tortillas and merchandising materials, and build strong relationships with local retailers.

You’ll utilize handheld devices to generate invoices, log hours, and coordinate with management. This on-site, independent role emphasizes safety, reliability, and excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) in grocery environments.
• Proficient with handheld devices and mobile printers to process invoices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort with daily physically demanding work and loading/unloading.
• Must be 23+ years old for fleet insurance; punctual and reliable.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Excellence: Safely load, transport, and unload Olé products and merchandising materials to stores per route.
• Merchandising & Presentation: Set up displays and organize inventory for visibility.
• Manage Route Logistics: Use handheld devices to generate invoices, manage credits, log travel hours.
• Navigate Smartly: Optimize routes to avoid construction and traffic delays.
• Maintain Your Ride: Perform DVIRs and keep the vehicle clean and safe.
• Be a Reliable Partner: Communicate with management about vehicle needs and in-store feedback.
