Job summary

Olé is seeking a reliable PIO Route Sales Driver to power our Direct Store Delivery operations across the Amarillo area, with a Midland, TX route focus. You will manage your own route, transport tortillas, and build relationships with retail partners while upholding safety and retail execution standards.

The role emphasizes independent work, on-time store arrivals, and proactive communication with management regarding vehicle needs and route status.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to perform daily physical tasks including loading/unloading.
• Must be 23 years of age or older for fleet insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Olé products and merchandising materials to stores according to route schedule.
• Set up displays and organize inventory for visibility.
• Generate store invoices and log travel hours with handheld devices.
• Plan efficient routes to meet store delivery times.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine DVIRs.
• Communicate route status and vehicle needs to management.
