Job summary

Airswift is seeking a discipline engineer based in Midland, Texas. This role involves evaluating engineering work to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements, facilitating effective engineering routines, and ensuring communication on engineering activities.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and possess strong knowledge of engineering design standards, along with good facilitation and interpersonal skills. The role works closely with operations and requires frequent field visits, as well as strong organizational abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of design standards and specifications.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and workloads.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English for technical communications.

Responsibilities

• Be an Area engineer for operations for a specific plant area.
• Conduct Monthly Facilities Surveillance of area driven KPI's.
• Provide operations support for changes, repairs & alterations.
