IPTA's Radford, VA team is seeking a Middleware Team Lead (Web Software Developer - Senior) to own engineering and administration of the middle tier supporting customer applications across Linux, UNIX, and Windows environments.

The role emphasizes designing and configuring application servers, ensuring availability, deploying new middle-tier installations, enforcing security standards, and building monitoring dashboards while collaborating with a skilled, customer‑facing team.

Competenze

• Experience in computer science or IT.
• 3+ years with application server architecture in a large enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of IIS, Apache Tomcat, Apache, Java, WebLogic, WebSphere, or similar server platforms.
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
• Knowledge of XML.
• Familiarity with Java or C#, enough to help developers debug applications.
• UNIX and Windows administration skills.
• Professional, customer-facing manner.
• Active Security Clearance Required.

Position Summary:

Required Qualifications
