Job Title:

Middleware Engineer

Contract Details:

Duration: 18 Month W2 Contract
Location: Plano, TX | Pennington, NJ | Jacksonville, FL
Required Pay Scale: $65-$73/hour

Responsibilities:

• Middleware side - global host for wholesale banking
• Running Jboss - upgrading from Jboss 7 to 8 - real Jboss EAP is needed
• Supporting production and BAU work
• Pivoting to containers

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Java/J2EE experience and true middleware engineering
• Java/J2EE
• WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache
• JBOSS EAP (enterprise application platform) - proven experience using JBoss on an enterprise level
• Openshift and configuration in containers (Ansible playbooks, public cloud experience)
• Gitbucket, Jenkins
• Focus on Linux
