Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Middleware Automation Engineer in Jersey City, NJ (Partial Remote). - Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Investigate build failures and operational incidents.
- Utilize Splunk and Ansible Tower to analyze logs and identify root causes.
- Review tickets, gather information, and determine impacted jobs and workflows.
- Troubleshoot automation, configuration, and provisioning issues.
- Determine whether issues stem from bugs, process gaps, documentation, or configuration failures.
- Drive issues through resolution and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform stability and automation processes.
