The Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County is hiring a Middlebury Youth Development Professional to support safe, engaging programs starting in August 2026. This part-time role typically offers 20–30 hours per week with afternoon shifts.
You will supervise youth ages 5-18, model positive behavior, assist with program activities, and help maintain a welcoming, organized club environment. You’ll work with Lead Youth Development Professionals and follow established schedules set by the Program
Positions are anticipated to begin in August 2026. Applications are being accepted now, and selected candidates will complete onboarding prior to the start of the school year.

The Youth Development Professional supports the delivery of safe, engaging youth programs by providing direct supervision, positive role modeling, and program assistance. This role focuses on member safety, behavior support, and care of the program environment while building positive relationships with youth and supporting lead staff in daily activities.
