Job summary

NineTwoThree AI Studio is seeking a Middle UI/UX Designer to craft user-centered experiences for AI-driven platforms, mobile apps, and web apps. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance user needs with business goals.

You will create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs in Figma, and prototypes, ensuring developer-ready specs, assets, and documentation for a smooth handoff while supporting a scalable design system.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showing user flows, usability and visual design for established brands.
• Experience designing for AI-driven applications.
• Experience designing responsive mobile and web apps; knowledge of Material Design and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
• Strong visual fundamentals: typography, composition, layout, grids and colour.
• Advanced Figma: team libraries, auto layout, component properties and prototyping.
• Experience contributing to a shared design system and giving/receiving design feedback.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced agile environment with tight deadlines and several projects at once.
• Clear written and spoken communication; ability to work remotely and asynchronously.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design process from concept to implementation for individual clients and NineTwoThree projects following industry best practices and company procedures.
• Deliver well-structured Figma boards with components, symbols and brand styles that remain consistent throughout the design process and have a single source of truth for all elements that update entire systems.
• Develop wireframes, interactions, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Create prototypes when delivering design ideas to illustrate different design solutions and test hypotheses.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Prepare high-quality, developer-ready designs covering most edge cases and ensure smooth handoff to engineering teams, providing specs, assets, and documentation as needed.
• Explore ways to optimize the design process, including using AI tools, and share findings with the team
• Present and explain design ideas to teammates and clients, grounding your rationale in user needs, business goals, and established design principles.
• Participate Actively in multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated with UI/UX standards and guidelines to ensure our applications are intuitive and follow familiar patterns.

About the Role

We are seeking a Middle UI/UX Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will create intuitive, user-centered, and visually compelling experiences for AI-driven platforms, mobile apps, and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop solutions that balance user needs and business goals. • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Will be an advantage:

• Hands-on use of AI tools, such as Claude, Cursor or Codex, in the design workflow.
• Experience building working prototypes in code with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor (React, Next.js, Tailwind).
• Interaction design experience: states, transitions between steps, feedback and edge cases.
