Wiggins School Dist Re-50-J is seeking a Middle School Wrestling Head Coach to oversee the wrestling program at Wiggins High School. The head coach will work under the athletic director and is responsible for ensuring a successful program by working closely with assistant coaches, players, and parents.
The ideal candidate will have strong coaching experience, the ability to build relationships with students, and a deep knowledge of the sport. This part-time position includes a stipend and demands a flexible schedule, including long hours.

Under the direction of the athletic director, and in accordance with district policies, procedures and CHSAA regulations, the head coach shall be responsible for the phases of the program for which they are hired.
Head coach will oversee the entirety of the program working with assistant coaches, players, school personnel and parents to ensure a well run successful program. Coaches instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, team strategies and physical training necessary for them to achieve a degree of individual and team success.
Prior coaching experience strongly desired, as is substantial knowledge specific to this sport and instructional/motivational rapport with students. Relationship building is a must.
