Job summary

Kearsley Community Schools seeks an Athletics/Activities/Coaching leader to guide a specific team, lead by example, manage equipment, and communicate effectively with parents and athletes.

Candidates should have coaching experience with teens, preferably a teaching certificate, with the stamina and organizational skills to build a quality program and positive student-athlete experiences.

Qualifications

• Preference given to applicants with applicable coaching experience.
• Must have at least three years experience working with teenagers.
• Preference for those holding a teaching certificate.
• Ability to build positive relationships with athletes and parents.
• Must be knowledgeable, organized, enthusiastic, and willing to invest time to achieve quality.
• Must have mental and physical stamina for responsibilities.
