Job summary

Charlevoix Public Schools seeks a Middle School Wrestling Coach for Charlevoix Middle/High School. The role oversees assistant coaches and collaborates with the Varsity Wrestling Head Coach to ensure a seamless transition between middle and high school programs.

The coach will maintain compliance with Michigan High School Athletic Association rules and Charlevoix Public Schools policies, reporting to the Athletic Director. Wrestling coaching experience is preferred.

Scope of Position:

Responsible for all operational aspects of the Middle School Wrestling program (grades 6-8), which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Maintain oversight of assistant coaches.

Work in partnership with the Varsity Wrestling Head Coach to develop a positive student-athlete experience as well as continuity between the middle school and high school programs.

Maintain compliance with all applicable Michigan High School Athletic Association rules and regulations.

Adhere to all applicable Charlevoix Public Schools policies and procedures.
