Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit a full team by season start, including competitive tryouts.
• Coach teams to a competitive record and postseason success.
• Ensure players maintain academic eligibility throughout the season.
• Organize consistent practice and game schedules with the Athletic Director.
• Manage and distribute equipment and uniforms at season start and end.
• Lead offseason conditioning, training, and clinics for team and community.
• Comply with all MHSAA policies and district regulations.
• Perform other duties to support district goals.
