Responsibilities include assisting with practices and competitions, organizing sessions, supervising events, and facilitating communication between coaches, students, families, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist with practices, meets, team meetings, and school activities
• Organize and conduct practice sessions emphasizing skill development, participation and safety
• Support instruction of basic volleyball skills for students of varying abilities
• Supervise students at competitions and ensure good conduct and sportsmanship
• Communicate between coaches, students, families, and administration
• Monitor student participation and effort throughout the season
• Coordinate with Athletic Director regarding transportation needs for meets and events
• Ensure student safety and proper use, care, and storage of equipment
• Support fundraising activities and follow district procedures
• Comply with laws, rules, and district policies related to student-athlete safety including concussion protocols
• Ensure students meet eligibility requirements including academics and physical clearance
