Responsibilities

• Attend and assist with all practices, meets, team meetings, and required activities including supervision during events and field trips
• Assist in organizing and conducting practice sessions emphasizing skill development, participation, and safety
• Support instruction of basic wrestling skills for students of varying abilities
• Help supervise students at competitions and ensure appropriate conduct and sportsmanship
• Coordinate with athletic staff regarding transportation needs for meets and events
• Ensure student safety and proper use and storage of equipment
• Assist with district procedures related to student-athlete safety and eligibility requirements
• Foster a positive team culture emphasizing growth and inclusion
• Maintain clear expectations for conduct, respect, and fair play
