Job summary

Unalaska City School District is seeking a dedicated coach responsible for training athletes and preparing them for competition. The coach will adhere to school policy guidelines, communicate effectively with athletes and parents, and fulfill all assigned duties.

Ideal candidates must be high school graduates, capable of passing a background check, and preferably have an AK Driver's license. Compensation will be per negotiated agreement.

Qualifications

• Must show documentation of the Mandatory Trainings on/or before the first contract day.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• AK Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement coaching philosophy for school athletics and activities.
• Train athletes for interscholastic competition at a competitive level.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and administrators.
• Adhere to ASAA and NSBSD policies and guidelines.
