Job summary

Mullica Township School District seeks a dedicated middle school mathematics teacher to join our district. The successful candidate will deliver engaging math instruction, align with state standards, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Requires valid NJ instructional certificate (K-8 or K-6 with math concentration preferred); dual Special Education certification preferred but not required; proactive collaboration with staff and parents; position includes prorated MTEA salary and

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey instructional certificate (K-8, K-6 with math concentration preferred).
• Dual certification in Special Education preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods.
• Ability to design and deliver developmentally appropriate classroom activities.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Required criminal history background check.
• Proof of citizenship or legal resident status.
• Current residency in NJ, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment.
