Job summary

AJ Tutoring is seeking middle school study skills tutors for our Bay Area offices. We offer strong hourly wages, paid training, and a supportive team, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules.

Tutors will work in person, helping students with Algebra 1 and other subjects, and participate in administrative tasks as needed. Join a professional 1-on-1 tutoring team and enjoy a central Bay Area work location with mentorship from supervisors and peers, as we prepare students for

• Experience working with students is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help 8th graders with Algebra 1 and other subjects.
• Commit to at least 15 tutoring hours per week plus admin work.
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Work at AJ Tutoring through the end of the 2026-27 academic year.

Middle School study skills Tutors Wanted! Beautiful Office, Great Training! $32.5-$40/hr. Join the most professional 1-on-1 tutoring team in the Bay Area. If you’re bright, energetic, and eager to meet students in person, we’d love to talk with you!

You must be able to:

• Work at AJ Tutoring through the end of the 2026-27 academic year
