Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise students on academic and behavioral issues; identify options and outcomes.
• Analyze student and building data and present summaries in meetings.
• Monitor student transitions including arrivals, departures, and class changes.
• Lead in creating opportunities to support students in academics, organization, and study skills.
• Attend and participate in meetings like IEPs, PST, and leadership meetings.
• Monitor after-school activities and clubs; coordinate with transportation as needed.
• Communicate regularly with building administration and enforce the code of conduct.
• Foster relationships among teachers and staff; maintain student discipline records.
