You will collaborate with families and colleagues, utilize data-driven instruction, conduct conferences, implement technology-enhanced lessons, and participate in ongoing professional development to foster a safe, engaging learning environment that supports student achievement throughout the district.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Must hold valid Indiana State Teacher's License or be eligible for a license for corresponding age/grade level.
• 2 years of teaching experience.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships effectively and professionally with families and students.
• Experience developing and implementing curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Develop curriculum to meet developmental goals and instructional activities.
• Post syllabus, projects/lessons, and grades to the server accessible to students, parents, and the community.
• Maintain a classroom environment consistent with established codes of conduct and conducive to positive learning.
• Use rubric-based authentic assessment methods to evaluate student progress and adapt individual programs to meet student needs.
• Exercise open and respectful communication with families, co-workers, supervisors, and other school staff.
• Work cooperatively with other personnel to improve instructional programs and the overall operation of the school.
