Job summary

AnthroMed Education, LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve 7th–8th graders in a school setting. You will support a caseload of about 40 students, primarily in inclusive classrooms, with some life-skills classrooms, while collaborating with teachers, families, and related staff.

This role welcomes both experienced SLPs and CF-SLPs, offering a full-time schedule from 8:20 AM to 4:20 PM and ongoing clinical support from a dedicated Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Indiana SLP license or eligibility for Indiana licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and communication services to students in grades 7–8.
• Support students primarily in inclusive classroom settings.
• Provide services to students in life skills classrooms.
• Complete evaluations and assessments as needed.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and small-group therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and student records.
• Support students in developing communication skills that promote academic, functional, and social success.

Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year?

AnthroMed Education is hiring a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support 7th and 8th grade students in a school setting in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers the opportunity to work with a caseload of approximately 40 students, primarily in inclusive classroom settings, while also supporting students in life skills classrooms.

This is a great opportunity for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) looking to grow their careers in school-based therapy.

• Grade Levels:7th–8th grade
• Schedule:Full-time
• Staff Hours:8:20 AM–4:20 PM
