Job summary

Muskegon Public Schools is seeking a Secondary Special Education Teacher - Resource Room for the 2026/2027 academic year at Charles Hackley Middle School.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate, or be enrolled in a state-approved program leading to certification. Preference for candidates with classroom experience and the appropriate endorsements.

• Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Full-time with benefit package. Starting range $53,887-$78,454.
