• Deliver standards-aligned instruction to 6th–8th Grade AI/CI students in a classroom for students with diverse needs.
• Differentiate lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress with formative and summative assessments; use data to inform instruction.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom culture.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding performance and activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in PLCs to develop interdisciplinary lessons.
• Maintain accurate student records per school policies.
• Participate in school initiatives, professional development, and extracurricular events.
