• Develop lesson plans that differentiate instruction and meet individual student needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress using formative and summative data.
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom culture that supports all learners.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues about performance and activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in PLCs to develop cross-curricular lessons.
• Maintain accurate student records following district policies.
