Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct instruction, co-teach in general education classrooms, and provide resource support.
• Modify curriculum and provide accommodations to ensure student access and progress.
• Monitor student growth and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, and staff regarding progress and support strategies.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Implement and support behavior intervention plans and positive behavior strategies.
• Engage in professional development and remain current on best practices in special education.
