Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect instructional support to students per IEPs.
• Delivers differentiated instruction to meet varied learning needs.
• Participates in Team meetings and develops IEPs with measurable goals.
• Ensures IEP compliance and maintains student records and reports.
• Delivers instruction with measurable outcomes and fosters higher-order thinking.
• Collaborates with general education teachers to modify curricula for students with disabilities.
