Each city teacher in grades PK-8 who works in a city school for one year shall receive a bonus of $3,500. This bonus will be paid in two lump sums: $1,500 by December 2024 and $2,000 by June 2025.

Qualifications:

• Must hold or be eligible for a Delaware State Teacher License in Middle Level Science
• Ability to stand and work continuously for at least 4 hours per day
• Minimum lifting requirement: 50 pounds with assistance
• Ability to use arms and hands freely to accommodate students' physical needs

Salary:

Based on experience and degree. Salary schedule available at: District Salary Schedule
