Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains standards of pupil behavior to achieve an effective learning atmosphere.
• Organizes class time to provide a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, work time and assessment.
• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials and provides individualized and small group instruction.
• Delivers instruction aligned to curriculum goals and communicates objectives to students.
• Uses current technology to enhance instruction and for record-keeping.
• Maintains records and prepares progress reports on student growth.
