Nansemond-Suffolk Academy is seeking a passionate educator for middle school science. The ideal candidate will engage students through inquiry-based learning and collaborate effectively with the Science Department. This role involves planning lessons, mentoring students, and communicating with parents.

The school has a current enrollment of approximately 900 students and 180 employees located on two campuses in Suffolk, Virginia. Job Summary:
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive educator, with a passion for working with middle school students in grades 6-8. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching science through the inquiry-based methodology, as well as knowledge of basic earth, physical and life sciences. This position requires collaborative work with colleagues in the Science Department and across grade levels.
