Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with middle school children in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teachers to reinforce IEP goals.
• Assist classroom teachers and manage behaviors of students with disabilities.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce progress.
• Monitor and track progress of student behavior charts.
• Set and maintain high academic and behavioral expectations for all students.
• Adhere to school policies and behavior management strategies.
