Applitrack is recruiting for a MS Performing Arts Showcase coordinator at Kimball Middle School. The role focuses on producing a high-quality student-centered show, coordinating rehearsals and performances, and collaborating with staff and the community.

The ideal candidate will have a education background (BA in Education) and a license preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills to lead a complex production and maintain related records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of show production preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with parents, students, administrators and teachers.
• Strong communication, public relations and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions or complaints.
• Commitment to teamwork and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and produce a high-quality performing arts showcase.
• Communicate with parents, students, administrators, staff and community leaders.
• Maintain high expectations for achievement and behavior.
• Secure show and rehearsal dates and spaces and manage publicity needs.
• Coordinate volunteers and staff, manage finances for the production.
• Oversee lighting, sound design, auditions, and casting.
• Ensure proper paper work and media releases filed.
