San Diego Calvary Korean Church Education Department is seeking a Middle-School Pastor/Educational Director who can work within the overall church’s vision statement to nurture youth, equip teachers, educate parents, and supervise educational ministers for raising lifelong disciples of Jesus.

Position

Middle-School Pastor/Educational Director (Full Time with the option for Part Time or Half Time)

Payroll Package

$70,000–$80,000 annually (full-time)

Responsibilities

Coordinate the Educational Department Ministry:

• Direct and manage VBS, Holy Win, etc
• Oversee issues between departments
• Participate in weekly meetings and communicate w/ church about issues of the educational department

Oversee, grow & coordinate all aspects of the middle‑school ministry, which includes:

• Preach and lead weekly Sunday worship services, including small groups & bible study
• Lead Friday Night Bible Study
• Coordinate seasonal events (summer/winter retreats, etc.)
