The role requires strong classroom management, effective communication with families, and collaboration with teachers and support staff to advance student achievement and holistic development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics instruction aligned with New Jersey standards and school curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction for varying abilities and use various instructional strategies.
• Assess student progress using formative and summative assessments and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with staff, communicate with parents, and support school initiatives.
