Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Connecticut teaching certification in mathematics preferred, non-certified must have 12 college credits in math with transcripts
• 1–2 years of mathematics teaching experience required, with lesson planning and classroom management for 16–34 students

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned math instruction for 6th–7th grade students.
• Create and maintain a structured, positive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback and interventions.
• Collaborate with staff and families and maintain attendance, assignments, grades, and progress records.
