Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Childhood Education required.
• Ohio Licensure (4th–9th) or Ohio Resident Educator License required.
• Master’s Degree in Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements lesson plans and activities to meet standards with differentiated instruction.
• Develops and communicates timelines related to the common core.
• Conducts daily instruction and tracks student progress, keeping records and progress reports.
• Maintains a positive, structured classroom aligned with Stepstone Academy mission.
• Communicates with parents/guardians through home visits and conferences.
• Collaborates with colleagues to ensure student success.
