Responsibilities

• Develop instructional lens, classroom management, and leadership voice through training and coaching from an experienced Lead Teacher.
• Assist Lead Teachers in targeted small-group intervention, grading, family communication, and more.
• Maintain classroom management and facilitate instruction in reading, math, and science.
• Support daily school operations and ensure a safe, structured environment.
• Provide coverage inside and outside the classroom to keep school functions running smoothly.
• Lead students toward high behavioral and academic expectations with a proactive mindset.
• Participate in school-based and network-wide professional development.
