Salary and Benefits

Following the established EHEA Salary Guide, ranging from $65,078 to $108,139.

Employees hired as Long Term Leave Replacements for 90 or more consecutive days are eligible for health benefits (medical, prescription, dental) for single coverage through NJ Educators or Garden State Health Plans. Participation in benefits is optional, but no paid waiver is available.

Sick, Personal, and Bereavement Days are included and prorated.
