Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate required.
• Administrative Certificate preferred or pursuing.
• Ability to coach teachers, coordinate PLCs and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site principals to shape school improvement vision.
• Coach teachers using Marzano and Knight frameworks.
• Coordinate state testing and analyze data with principals.
• Support PLCs, curriculum mapping, pacing guides, and data disaggregation.
• Provide targeted feedback and model research-based instruction.
• Communicate with parents and monitor student attendance and RTI pull-outs.
• Participate in required district and site trainings.
