Flint Cultural Center Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Spanish Teacher to join our team. • Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with appropriate World Language (Spanish) endorsement.

Salary & Benefits

SALARY: FCCA offers a competitive salary and fringe benefit package to employees. Current teaching base salary begins at $50,160 and reaches $78,822 depending on experiences, qualifications, and impact on learning. Additional opportunities for extra compensation is available based on interests and Academy needs.

FCCA offers a comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance package. A cash option is offered for those staff members that qualify for insurance coverage and do not need in the form of a monthly payment.
