An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Varsity Diving Coach to lead and inspire student-athletes in a competitive environment. Upper School: Boys/Girls Varsity Diving Coach

Head Boys/Girls Swimming Coach
Director of Athletics
WORK HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
A mid-October to mid-February seasonal appointment. On/off-campus responsibilities from 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Coaching responsibilities may result in extended weekday or weekend commitments. All coaches are employed on an annual basis and continued employment is based on annual performance reviews conducted by the Head Boys/Girls Swimming/Diving Coach & Director of Athletics.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the Head Boys/Girls Swimming Coach, the varsity diving coach is responsible for supporting and initiating various aspects of the diving program, such as program development, training, and coaching team members. The coach is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Pace Academy. Pace Academy is a member of the GHSA (www.ghsa.net).

This is an exempt position that is paid a coaching stipend over the duration of the season.
