Position Overview

Hastings Middle School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as a Middle School Sport Coach. Candidates should have successful coaching experience in the assigned sport and substantial knowledge of its technical aspects. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential to maintain positive relationships within the program and the community.

Reporting and Responsibilities

This position reports to the Middle School Athletic Director, who provides overall objectives and performance oversight. The coach will advise, coordinate, and support both boys' and girls' athletic personnel. Serving as a mentor, the coach will promote development and community engagement by demonstrating Hastings Raider Athletic core values: Integrity, Whole Person, Sportsmanship, Work Ethic, Multi-Sport Athletes, and Fun.
