Job summary

Rochester School District seeks a dedicated middle school football coach to deliver positive learning experiences, leadership, and fundamental skills for the program. You will guide team organization, practice schedules, and equipment management to run the program effectively.

The ideal candidate has valid First aid/CPR credentials, youth coaching experience, and strong ability to build relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community while committing to ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Valid first aid/CPR card required.
• Coaching experience in middle school football preferred.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community.
• Willingness to maintain knowledge through regular coursework and clinics.
• Meet the WIAA coaching standard criteria.
• Must pass state and federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive learning experiences associated with the middle school football program.
• Provide guidance, leadership, and fundamental skills to execute the program successfully.
• Assume leadership role in team organization, style of play, practice schedules, equipment and assigned responsibilities.
