Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence seeks an experienced Classroom Teacher to deliver direct instruction, implement curriculum, and manage classrooms in alignment with PSOE frameworks. You will plan, assess, and report data while maintaining compliance with IEPs and 504 plans for students with exceptional needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in education and a valid Indiana teaching license, with emphasis on team collaboration, family communication, and adherence to state and federal education

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana State Teaching License or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in education.
• Experience with data-driven instruction and IEP/504 plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction in whole-class, small group, and individual settings.
• Plan lessons and use PSOE frameworks to deliver standards-driven instruction.
• Assess, grade, and meet timelines for conferences with students and families.
• Ensure compliance with IEPs, 504 plans, and other student programs.
• Collaborate with team leads, specialists, and families to support exceptional needs.
