Independent School District 622 : North St. Paul - Maplewood - Oakdale seeks an Enrichment Club Instructor for FLIGHT at John Glenn Middle School. Work schedule is 1–2 hours per day on Mon./Wed. or Tue./Thu.

Start date is 03/02/26. Stipend ranges $330–$936 for Fall Enrichment Clubs, based on qualifications. The instructor will lead clubs with middle school students, create lesson plans, and foster a respectful, engaging learning environment while coordinating with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of an Enrichment Club for middle school students.
• Create lesson plans for each club session with hands-on practice.
• Maintain positive relationships with school personnel, FLIGHT Site Manager, staff, parents, students and the public.
• Foster a fun, educational atmosphere emphasizing respect, open-mindedness and trying new things.
• Assist in maintaining program records.
• Complete light clean-up and ensure space is tidy after activities.
• Follow all District and FLIGHT policies and guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
