Qualifications

• Strong content-area proficiency evidenced by teaching certification or field of study.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four‑year educational institution (required).
• Experience in a K‑12 classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula and assessments to meet ambitious academic expectations.
• Deliver content and grade‑level curriculum and core content objectives.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Communicate students’ progress with students and families weekly.
• Engage with technology to support learning and classroom tasks.
• Maintain a consistent behavior management system aligned to campus initiatives.
• Host tutoring sessions as needed to meet student needs.
• Participate in weekly meetings and after‑hours duties as required.
• Dedicate 40+ hours per week on site to support student success.
