Middle School ELA & History Teacher- 25/26 School Year

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a culture of high expectations that includes the shared belief that every student will attend college.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with California State Standards and Aspire guidelines.
  • Assess students regularly, analyze results, and differentiate instruction accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices.
  • Communicate with students and families regarding progress and classroom activities.
  • Manage student behavior to ensure engagement.
  • Participate in professional development and work with instructional coaches.
  • Maintain accurate student records and address individual student needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Valid California Teaching Credentials (Multiple Subject or Single Subject in English or Social Science).
  • English Language Learner Authorization.
  • NCLB Highly Qualified.
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
Compensation:

Salary ranges from $70,013 to $125,368 based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement, and more.
