Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven leadership and coaching across middle schools, guiding regional and school leaders.
• Help leaders analyze data, diagnose performance gaps, and take action to improve student achievement and readiness.
• Support data-reporting to teachers, families, and staff to foster shared accountability and instruction adjustments.
• Ensure data conversations translate into clear instructional adjustments with measurable improvements.
